Deborah Severs

Partner

Deborah is a founding partner in Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP, which was established in 2004. She and her partners Tom and Terry sought to create a firm which embodies our collegial and responsive outlook to law while offering excellence in  client service in our respective areas of practice. 

Deborah practices exclusively in family law, including divorce, parenting rights, separation agreements and prenuptial agreements.  She has extensive experience in complicated and complex family  legal issues  requiring compassion and innovative thinking.

She is a problem solver and addresses matters through court, negotiations or mediations while recognizing the emotional aspect of family law. She has represented clients at the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
