Hillery joined the Law firm of Hogarth Hermiston Severs LLP in 2005 and became a partner in 2013. He focuses primarily on representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls and denial of disability benefits. Hillery also has extensive experience in the areas of Real Estate, Estates Law and Corporate Law.
Hillery has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Social Security Tribunal.
